Partnership with PARTNERS STUDIO
Every person and every object possesses a unique individuality. Sometimes it is something even the person themselves has not yet noticed; other times it is so inherent and ordinary that it is easily overlooked. PARTNERS STUDIO is a creative direction studio that deliberately shines light on such individuality, making the invisible visible. This philosophy remains consistent whether the output is a printed object like the PARTNERS magazine, a piece of film, or a project-based collaboration with external partners.
The founder, Takuhito Kawashima, originally majored in biochemistry, spending late nights grappling with complex assignments. However, he held a firm belief that “1 + 1 = 2” is not always correct. Depending on context and environment, it could become 3 or even 10. Driven by a desire to further explore this idea, Takuhito made a bold career shift and became an editor for a fashion and culture magazine. Later, he co-founded the Tokyo-based creative agency kontakt. Today, as a creative director, he leads creative services spanning fashion, art, beauty, craft, and beyond.
